Educational counselling is a confidential talking and listening process that helps the prospective student or their parents to explore the best possible options available and in a safe space. If they have problems or concerns they want to talk about, our one-to-one counselling sessions will help.

Our counsellors are non-judgmental and respect your values, choices and lifestyle. They will listen to you carefully and offer support and understanding, in a non-critical way.

Initial assessment session

This is a 15-minute session with an experienced counsellor. We will discuss your best possible options and make a support plan. After this session, we may recommend one-to-one counselling. Sessions are available from Monday to Saturday by telephone.

One-to-one prospective student counselling

We recommend one-to-one counselling this will typically be:

• private space of your own where we use the counselling room at our office.
  each session lasts up to 30 minutes.
• discuss the best options that are suitable to the student.
• explain in detail the admission procedure, travel assistance and accommodation options.
• address all the concerns put forward by student or parent’s.
• offer financial guidance (if required).
• sessions are available between 9 am and 7 pm Monday to Saturday.
• sessions take place at our Hyderabad office which is located at #404, Surabhi Plaza, opposite Lotus Hospitals, Lakdikapul, Hyderabad.

Counselling in English, Telugu, Hindi and Urdu
